My experience is the best all the stuff is the best
I have now tried for over 4 months to get a referral appointment to see Dr. Bertelsen. I have Kaiser insurance. I was informed that she had a contract to take Kaiser patients, and as she is so highly recommended, I was excited to get an appointment with her. Through a variety of circumstances, (some were Kaiser screw-ups), my referral took over 2 months to be processed. I am now apparently waiting for the schedulers who are running behind.
