I just started seeing Dr. Williams not too long ago and have had two appointments with him so far. He seems very knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. My condition will require more than 2 visits to really determine how capable he is, but he seems good so far. The only down side to seeing Dr. Williams is the state of his office. Dr. Williams has always done right by me. He is an excellent GYN. I never went away without answers or help for what ever I needed. He is a great listener. He doesn't make me feel like I am taking up his valuable time, or try to hurry me out. So I am very willing to sit in the waiting room, knowing he is doing the same for other women. Love Dr. Williams, hate to talk to anyone in the office. They are not helpful or kind. Dr. Williams, the PA and the nurses are the best though. I have been seeing Dr. Williams 10+
Dr. Williams is an incredible doctor. He has helped me tremendously. He always has time for my questions. He is very knowledgeable (knows the latests research) He is an excellent surgeon and is very helpful with my current problems of going through menopause. I would recommend him to anyone.
I was diagnosed with cervical cancer right before Christmas. The staff was very knowledgeable, not the friendliest but they knew what they were doing. Dr. Williams was very polite and very very knowledgeable about all of my questions and my mothers. I would recommend Dr. Williams for any female young or old. My first impression was that he was a teenager by the way he carried himself and the way he dressed. Until you look at his face and speak with him for awhile then you realize he is old enough to be a surgeon.
I went to Dr. Williams for a long time but after every yearly ultrasound on my ovaries/uterus he would find something wrong and continue to have me back. After a couple of scares, I got a second opinion. I will never go back. Loved his PA. She was very caring and concerned. In fact after seeing him once, I saw her for everything. Office staff changed oftened. They were not organized. Insurance problems.
I've been seeing Dr. Williams for several years. Dr. Williams is very considerate and compassionate. He is the best to go to if you're dealing with menopause - - trust me! I have, however, had issues with his staff, but over the last several months I have noticed a HUGE change amongst the attitude of his staff. I actually don't mind calling the office anymore because I won't be left on hold forever.
Staff is the moodiest, most condescending group of office staff i have ever come across. Dr. Williams removed a grapefruit sized tumor (from open surgery, not laproscopy) and I needed extra care. The "aftercare" from Doc Williams was very poor and unprofessional. He was a great surgeon; however, he ignored my concerns and he acted "put out" everytime I saw him after the surgery. I LOVE this doc BUT his PA is judgmental and threw a fit when I asked her where I can get an abortion. She got very upset about it, even after I can't carry a child to term....I and the child and I would die, I have other serious health problems. She obviously took it personally. She guilt tripped me all the way out the door and that is the last time I'll go there! Which is really sad b/c NOEL IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!
