I have been going to Dr. Williams for over 15 years. His practice has turned into nothing but a menopause money pit. I counted 26 women and men either coming or going during a 15 minute time span. It worries me that so many women are being shuttled through the practice. Mistakes are bound to happen. They had documented very seriously wrong information in my chart which led to numerous, unnecessary ultrasounds. Dr. Williams has taken on too much and has lost his touch. I love the whole practice. Even when I have trouble getting in to see Dr. Williams, I can see a PA. I have not had a bad experience with anyone there (Abby, Christina and all the nurses - fabulous). They treat us like family (my husband and my daughter both use their practice as well). Yes, sometimes they run late but that's because they have to squeeze in emergencies at times - been there and was very appreciative that they saw me. They would do the same for anyone. I will always recommend this practice!

NEVER on time! Always have to wait and hour at least!! (Not even to see the doctor, this is to see his P.A.!)

Dr. Noel is just wonderful and has a very kind staff!! Thanks to the whole office for always being flexible even when the scheduling is difficult at best. Your care and concern is greatly appreciated.

Abby is a great asset to the team at Dr. Williams office. Certain procedures are not "enjoyable experiences" but they always make me feel relaxed and ease my mind. Thank you Dr. for running a great establishment.

I have seen Dr Williams for many years and recommended him every chance I got! He did a great job on my uterine surgery. And, his knowledge base is awesome! But,in recent years it is difficult to get in to see him. I was rescheduled 3 times over 6 months before I finally got in, then waited 2 hours in the waiting room and told I'd have to see the P.A.! Now he's even selling supplements and no longer seeing Medicare patients. Too bad. I know he's the best doctor I ever met but the long wait, abrupt visit and change in directi... read more

I've gone 4 times. 1st with a PA that was rude, ignorant, and didn't understand the concept of privacy-she is gone now. 2nd time with another PA who was a great deal better. She was friendly, respectful, and answered questions. 3rd time with the 2nd PA, I waited for an hour but ended up with Dr. Williams-he was okay but acted as if I was an inconvenience for him. 4th time was is the reason I am rating him and his practice. Dr. Williams spent a lot of time with me when I first came to his practice. Have managed severe endometriosis under his care for several years and have avoided surgery. I agree about the newest PA, Abby -- rough and painful exam; ignored my explanation of my condition; insisted that I was into menopause (and I'm not!)because she mis-read my chart. A real "know-it-all." However, Dr. Williams is an excellent doctor. I will agree with others who say scheduling is a problem... and getting worse.

This is my third year going to Dr. Williams' office. I have never seen him always a PA. The first PA I saw was wonderful. The second PA I saw was gruff and opinionated. His new PA Abbey was a rough as a sumo wrestler. I actually ended up very bruised on my stomach from a routine pelvic exam. I called to complain and was told I would be called right back but there has been no call back. I'm going to see if I can find out who the first PA is working for now and go there.
