Noel not only sold our house in Midway, Georgia but she found us a quaint house in a great neighborhood in Savannah. She worked with us day and night until we found the perfect place. she not only aided in helping us buy a home, but her friendship helped turn our house into a home.
Noel is awesome! She has a great sense of humor and is a blast to work with. Buying a home is stressful enough, and it is wonderful to know that there are agents who truly care about their clients, still. I cannot say how many agents we went through, before we found Noel. A lot of agents are difficult to work with, nowadays and don't seem to care about their client base. Noel has proven to me, that there are still good agents who are far from greedy.
Noel assisted my family and I in finding a house in Pembroke GA. She found us a Foreclosure, took care of all negotiations, terms, repairs, inspections and finally served as our power of attorney to close on our behalf until we moved here from New Jersey.
