Fast response and honest. As a single, female homeowner I have found it hard to find honest contractors. Watson and Clayton is the only HVAC company I will ever use.
Our AC went out on a Saturday morning, so I called not expecting to hear back until Monday. Within 20 minutes I received a text from Josh saying he was on the way. He was awesome and had us up and running in a little over an hour, clearly explaining two issues that he found and what he did to fix them. Price was extremely reasonable for a weekend call in the middle of an August heatwave. 10/10 experience, Watson and Clayton now have a customer for life!

Called at 10 am, service tech here by14:30, tech called 2 times to confirm he was coming, fixed my problem and had us up and running in no time. Awesome service would highly recommend!
Technician lied about the amount of freon my system would hold, and I got stuck with a HUGE bill. Had I known how much it would be I would've made a different decision regarding my AC's future. However, future decisions WILL NOT involve this company.
