Called at 10 am, service tech here by14:30, tech called 2 times to confirm he was coming, fixed my problem and had us up and running in no time. Awesome service would highly recommend!
Technician lied about the amount of freon my system would hold, and I got stuck with a HUGE bill. Had I known how much it would be I would've made a different decision regarding my AC's future. However, future decisions WILL NOT involve this company.
We were extremely happy with Scott Watson and his employees. They replaced our old HVAC and even managed to do it more quickly than originally planned! We received excellent service and reccomend them highly!
Fantastic Service Provider. We come home from church Sunday afternoon to discover our furnace had suffered a major malfunction. To make matters worse, the high temperature for the day was only 15 degrees! I call the after hours line to request assistance, and received a call from the technician within minutes. When I told them that I had 2 adults in there upper 70's with multiple health concerns, they arrived at my home in NO TIME!!!
