I would make sure and look around before selecting an agent, this agent says all the right things but, after we moved out of town, seemed like he had issues being at the house for people to look at, also supposed to have open house on weekends available but didn't show up most of the weekends.Lives out of town and that seems to be a problem if you live in Bakersfield. He makes it all sound d good but has a problem with follow up.
