Same as everyone else. Ordered a quilt in February. PayPal funds taken immediately, quick e-mail saying the order was awaiting fulfillment. No further communication from them. Called, sent e-mails and use their Contact Us form. Opened a dispute with PayPal and reported them to the TX and MA AG's offices. PayPal tried to contact them with no success. Received full refund through PayPal towards the end of April.

I have to echo what others have said. Ordered two pillow shams back in January with no result except the loss of 40+ dollars. No response to emails... Will have to dispute this charge. Other might take heed!
Ordred a quilt in November and have yet to receive it or a response to my numerous calls and emails. They took the money from my PayPal account quickly though. Now in dispute with paypal, using the BBB and calling the attny General. Rip off. Do not use.
Still have not gotten a call about my order never got a confirmation email from them...but they were sure quick to take the money from PayPal account!!! Having to dispute this with paypal is a pain when all I was hoping to get was a quilt!! Warning don't use them!
