Lied to my wife telling her if she didn't let him tow my truck the county was going to impound it. Offered to tow it for $300, of which $150 was paid. Almost a year later after having heard nothing from him and forgetting about the other $150 he illegally towed and impounded a different truck to hold ransom until we paid a fabricated bill of almost $1000. Law enforcement was involved and he was ordered to give the truck back and is now facing criminal charges for the illegal tow.
