Picked up sleep test equipment form this place for patient was told how to use it after a long wait and watching the video. I heard them tell 3 people “It did not record, so you have to do it over”. I guess they get paid from Ins each time someone uses the equipment but I knew we were going to be told the same thing so next day made the trip to take it back, waited an hour and sure enough they said “It did not record so you have to do it over. Excellent care at Nocturna Sleep Center in Henderson. The entire team was warm and professional, and I felt truly supported throughout my sleep study. A special shout-out to Dulce—she was incredibly kind and went above and beyond from the first call to my visit. Highly recommend!
I went in for a sleep study for suspected sleep apnea and they put 2 different breathing sensors in your nose, like oxygen lines but these actually block the nose airway. It forces you to mouth breath because they block so much of the airflow through the nose. It's not a realistic sleep study when they prevent nose breathing by blocking 80% of the airflow with their required sensors. Feels like they are trying to make sure people have sleep problems by blocking normal airflow.
First time at a sleep center. Nocturnal was clean, nice building with great interior. Faith was very pleasant and professional. She kept us comfortable, informed and detailed everything she was doing. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

I took a pic so I can share it at work, and on campus, how shady these companies are !! That is how bad this location is ! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION OR USE THEM. they are very rude. Especially Jordyn. She has no empathy, doesn't talk to patients.
