First cart. Did not work but it was replaced. Works fine now
I ran out of ink in the middle of printing and gave these guys a call. Talked to a very friendly employee who took down my info and what I was looking for so they could review their stock if they had what I needed. I headed over to a big box store in the meantime and dropped A LOT of money on the toner cartridges that I needed (because of my own impatience). Quick, quality and friendly service. If printer cartridge does not work(happened to me, only twice in over 5 years), they ungrudgingly replaced it with another one at zero cost to me ! . They also offer repeat-customer punch cards.
