This place is horrible. I was referred here from a friend. She had a great experience. Might be because I'm a man, but they reassured me that they could help me. The first two appointments were amazing while they reassured me that they could handle everything and help me. Since then we have nothing but delays and hold ups. They started me on test. hormone therapy and switching it every month. I do it for 28 days and then go in for a blood draw. Then takes 3 weeks for them to refill the prescription.
