After working out at this gym for almost a year, I had to update my previous review, as my opinion of the gym has changed. This gym is filthy, the ventilation is terrible, and it almost always smells bad. It has actually smelled so bad that I have gagged. The only reason I stayed with this gym for so long was the convenience of how close it was to my home. I like this gym but they need to get rid of using the same rags to wipe down the equipment, you can buy tub o towels on Amazon real cheap or bulk disinfecting wipes ,

Highly recommend! I have been going to NoCo Fitness for about 7 months. I hadn't been in a gym in about 15 years so I was a little intimidated walking in, but the atmosphere in the gym and the kindness of everyone there quickly dissipated that. After being there for a month, my wife and I started doing their 3-month nutrition program, as well as personal training. With the personalized programs, we learned so much, and saw a lot of results very quickly! We will be members at NoCo Fitness for as long as we live in Greeley!
