We are a locally and family owned personal training and fitness center located in the Market Square Shopping Center. We pride ourselves on helping people with any fitness goal they may have. Whether looking to lose weight, keep up with your grandkids, or improve your golf game, WE CAN HELP! We are open 24/7 for our members to use our facility. We are staffed Monday - Thursday 6:00am to 7:00pm and Friday 6:00am to 1:00pm.

I don't like exercising one bit but having a personal trainer makes it fun and easier for me to go! NoCo Fitness is as excellent place to get your "move" on.
Just switched gyms to be closer to home here in Greeley. I tried a different gym because it was a little cheaper, and immediately regretted it. Went in to NoCo Fitness and knew I should have gone here to begin with. They are a bit smaller than I’m used to, but they have everything you’d need to get a good workout. The machines are a little older, but very well maintained. Ana was super helpful getting me signed up, showing me around, and answering my questions.
