For the kind of $$$ they charged the service was slovenly, the food was mixed, some excellent but some was overpriced bullshit. Allowing the waiter to pick the courses was an expensive mistake. Bringing waygu steak dishes after our party of ten was already overly full was bill padding. There was clearly a staffing or morale problem. With that type of fare, at that kind of price, dirty dishes should have been struck from the table immediately. I wouldn't recommend they open a Nobu in Nashville, it wouldnt last 15 minutes.

I visited Nobu for dinner last weekend and overall it was a memorable experience. The atmosphere is sleek and upscale — perfect for a special occasion or a date night. Service was attentive and polished; our server knew the menu well and offered great recommendations (try the black cod and the rock shrimp tempura). The food lived up to the hype: flavors are refined, portions plated beautifully, and the sushi and sashimi were very fresh. 노부란 이름때문에 더욱 빛이 나는거 같아요~ 음식은 괜챦습니다. 입장전 bar에서 너무 좋았어요.
