I was in with Dr. Lai in just a few minutes. The staff explained everything very well. Dr. Lai took his time to figure out my issue. They all had great attitudes!
I was visiting my daughter and grandson in Noblesville from South Bend and came down with a very sore throat and productive cough. She took me to Urgent Care and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere inviting without the "sterile" feeling of a waiting area. They were very thorough in checking my history and the doctor was wonderful! I went here on a Sunday. I was very sick. The doctor Dr. Lai, had told me it was food poisoning. He was very informative and very helpful. He asked if he could run some labs and did not insist. He listened to my concerns and came up with 2 action plans. The whole office was helpful. They called me back with results and answerd my questions. I felt so good with the care I received. Beautiful lobby room that my son and husband enjoyed. I will definitely be back.
Great place to get help you feel great again. The staff was friendly and helpful and Dr. Lai was very thorough and helpful as well. I would recommend them highly!
