History Established in 2014. In April of 2014, we opened a spa where you are treated like royalty. With 12 cozy rooms at 10,000 square feets, we welcome clients to have events here such as birthday parties, bridal showers, ladies' spa day, or whatever your heart desires. Stacy was extremely nasty and refused to honor a gift certificate. She left me waiting for over ten minutes and refused to help any further. She told me she was getting the manager multiple times who I later found out wouldn’t be back for hours. It was very hard to get in contact with Diane, the manager who promised a free nail service in the phone, but after they refused to answer any calls or emails. The salon is clean and relaxing. I got a great manicure but, the workers can be very rude. Some were great, but one was very rude to me when I handed her the tip. She asked “that’s all??” and stormed off to gossip about me while I was sitting 20 feet away. It’s ridiculous that someone would complain about the amount I generously gave her. Tips are not mandatory (but are the kind thing to do). Regardless I should not have felt embarrassed for this lady’s rude behavior. Not ok. Not coming back.
