The owner refuses to return my $500 deposit, one diamond ring and one diamond earring. On August 5th, in anticipation of our 40th wedding anniversary, my wife and I wanted to purchase a Delta Sigma Theta signet ring with a large ruby in the center surrounded by diamonds on a 14K band.
