Terrible Customer Service!!
worst service ever! 1st trip we used are camper everything broke. They made us pay $1700 to fix it. we had the camper less then 30 days. they had to replace microwave and that still hasn't come in after 5 weeks. I do not reccomend noble rv.
Worst service the list of their mistakes are too long to list
Never will buy from here again. Very poor service. Would not recommend. Can’t wait until hilltop opens up next door.
Went to trade in our travel trailer for a fifth wheel and the day before we were to sign papers they called saying numbers were wrong supposedly and the payment would double. Tried blaming the bank. Produced a purchase agreement we had 1- never saw 2- never discussed and the loan was for almost $30,000 more than we were told. But we were approved for the number we discussed, loan was exactly where we all thought it would be and was told over and over how great of a deal we were getting. We started our rv adventure with a refrigerator acting up. We stopped at a large rv repair store who told us it would be the next afternoon before they would even look at it. Down the road we ran into this place. Just a small place on the road we were taking. Took a long shot and pulled in and ask for help. They were so nice and helpful and seemed to know what they were doing. Looked at our fridge and told us they were not 100 % but guessed it was due to settins wrong (operator error).
