My father and husband took two young black angus. One bull, one stear. My father owns a large cattle ranch We know beef. First they don't weigh your cow. Then, they argued about weight. If you know beef, the meat we received was not our black angus beef. Also, we did not receive the correct amount of steaks etc.... They sell beef there and feel like ours was switched. We are considering sending meat off...and having DNA test.

Same experience as another customer. 750 pound cow and only 177# of meat. Asked for bones back and only recieved a 10 gallon bag back. Order hamber back in 2# packages, recieved 1#. Meat smells spoiled when thawed. Last year used Nobles and was extremely pleased, went back this year and was totally riped off. I normally don't leave reviews but this was a RIP OFF!!!!!

Noble meat no longer does there own processing they ship it out. Had a 760#cow butchered and only received 104# of meat. No one could tell me why will not recommend or use them again.
