Great customer service up until the point you have paid for a vehicle, then good luck getting in contact with them. If I could go back in time and go with a different dealership I would. Be warned.
Always good service here, but this time they really excelled. We had a clutch problem with our Carnival which needed a part from Korea. With COVIDS they couldn't say how long it would take but estimates were 3-5 weeks. We asked for a loan car but didn't really expect them to be able to supply one. The staff said they would look into it - they followed up and got us a loan Carnival. And the part only took 2 weeks to land - fantastic all round.
I went there this morning to get a spare part soughted out and a staff member by the name of Luke Penfold served me, I've not seen a dealership out just to make money that place Noble Kia and Luke in particular went above and beyond his job description (or maybe that's the way they train them) but he was so honest and genuine that he actually helped me save $400 plus in total when I went to purchase a part, So firstly I'd like to thank Noble Kia and especially Luke Penfold.
