They wont ever fix any maintenance issues, they wont return calls even when they tell you they will, they don't keep appointments and they will absolutely steal every dime of your security deposit. They are thieves and criminals.
We had w terrible time with the management of this community. After living there for ONLY 5 months. I strongly advise against renting from this company We have been trying to contact an owner for months unsuccessfully.
Not very easy to reach by phone. Unresponsive to several phone calls. Wont return a security deposit.
