We’re up north for about 4 or 5 months each year and Tom Mattmuller visits our Venice home and sends us a detailed report for each of his visits. He has very helpfully fixed a few small issues while we’re away, and is also a great source of local recommendations for such things as car mechanics, plumbers, restaurants, etc. An absolutely first rate service!
Noble has watched our home while we’re away for extended periods. They are dependable and will check your home per your request. When they check your home they also send a comprehensive report on what’s been looked after. We’ve asked for once a week and get this detailed report each time. We wouldn’t have any other service other than Noble Home Watch. Competitive pricing, professional, and reliable.
Mike and the team have been taking care of our home when we are away since January 2020. They take care as if it was their home and my wife and I are super blessed to have them as our home has been a fixer upper since we purchased it back then. They were there when rats came visiting and water pipes failing...found providers to resolve the issues as well as push back to the providers that tried to cheat us.
