George came out to give me an estimate for my project and it went fine. This is related to an insurance claim and, after speaking with the adjuster, I followed up to request flooring be added to the estimate and George became completely unprofessional. He asked me to price the flooring, I informed him I didn't have time and was confused why he needed that when I didn't have to price anything for the main estimate, and he refused to answer my questions.
