The Best in Detroit – You must be there if you like sushi, is really the best in town but is good only for sushi and some little extras.
The real McCoy – Having spent time in Japan, I can tell you that this is the closest you will come to a genuine Japanese atmosphere in the Detroit area. Granted it is not fancy. You eat in the back of a grocery store. But the sushi is very good.
Great Sushi – This is the absolute BEST place to get sushi in metro Detroit. The fish is fresh and the sushi chefs are excellent and helpful. My only cons are the small resturant size and the hours. However, you go to resturants first for the food and this place is always packed. The reason: the sushi is the BEST. I go here for sushi at least once a week. The fish at Noble is purchased from here. They keep everything fresh and top quality.
Best sushi around – Their sushi is the best I've found in the area - be sure to try the Michigan roll! Better to call ahead and take out since the dining area is VERY small and cramped.
Darn Good Fish – Pretty good sushi but very tight quarters. Not the place to stretch out.
Can you find it?! – I stopped in on a whim this afternoon. I had to look around the store to find this wonderful gem of a sushi bar. After asking a man next to me (obviously a regular) for his suggestions, I tried the Michigan roll, California roll, toro and onion hand roll, and yellowtail nigiri. It was certainly the best I have had. From what the gentleman told me, One World market in Novi is owned by the same person, and the sushi there is also the same quality and value. The best!! – Noble is the best sushi in the area. The fish is always fresh (they supply alot of resturants in the area). The sushi chefs are excellent and very helpful. I cannot get enough of this place.
