I play the Horizon series N&C incredibly well made and beautiful kit, tones are amazing, almost never need compression on the snare in studio, drums tone are incredible in studio and out!!! The SS Snare is so great for all playing situations, check out some videos on these, so great! You can literally play any type of music with this snare, tones are retarded on this drum, N&C is are the best in the World, great people, great company!! I remember the first time I heard a Noble & Cooley kit, it sounded so amazing. It sounded so full deep and powerful with the tom's all having a consistent volume, warmth and depth from small to large, almost like the kit was naturally eq'd. Now that I have one I have to say thank you Nick and Noble & Cooley for building my dream kit. Truly amazing drums and finish. The best sounding kit I have ever heard.
