I bought a Horizon kit in black satin. I love these drums. I don't own a N & C snare yet but I paired the kit wit a Rogers Dynasonic. The sound, playability, and shear beauty are off the charts. Thanks to The Drum Loft and to the artists at Noble and Cooley

I've been lucky enough to use several Horizon and CD Maple kits extensively, as well as most of their different models of snare drums on many recorded projects, and these are without a doubt the most versatile, incredible sounding (and looking!) drums on the planet. The sensitivity and tone of the snares is unreal, and low-end resonance of the kicks and toms, not to mention the clarity of tone, is what dreams are made of. It just doesn't get any better than this!!
