The dental work is done precisely and with care. However the customer service and communication is not good. I have experienced having my appointment rescheduled just a few days before it was supposed to happen, when I had already had took the time off for work and had the appointment booked for weeks in advance. Overall, my experiences with this dental office have been pleasant. The staff has always treated me professionally, and I trust the recommendations provided by the dentists and hygienists. The procedures I’ve had completed including cleanings, root canals, crowns and other dental work, have generally been performed with care and little to no discomfort. Update: I have currently been waiting for a predetermination for a crown for over two months, with a temporary filling on the tooth. I have no idea why it takes so long for this provider to communicate with Dental insurance. They take much too long to send x-rays, in this instance the x-ray was too dark. This was around 20 June, I asked the provider to resend the x-ray that same day after I found out. It is now July 7 and I contacted my dental insurance today and they said they still not have received a new x-ray. It is quit... read more
