I walk into the store a 4:08pm and the clerk states that they close at 4:30pm and are in the process… I guess in that process of closing up. Like really we have 22 min to do something that would have taken about 5 min. Needless to say I turned around a walked out! They might have what you want but treat you like crap if you walk in after 4pm.
Extremely rude service staff. Take your business elsewhere, I took mine to Wolseley and they were phenomenal. Story: My mother in-law (MIL) went in to pick up a part after work for my wife. Yes, she arrived at 4:20pm and they close at 4:30. Noble ordered the part in for my wife as it is not regularly stocked. My MIL asked the staff member at the counter for the part, at which he responded “We close at 4:30, I have closed the til. We also want to go home!” …. It was 4:25pm. Informative, pleasant to deal with and fair business
Very rude service from one of the gentleman working.. was looking to purchase trim pieces for shower, wasnt sure exactly what i needed and asked for help , and he replied sarcastically you should do your research or "hire a plumber" . I wouldnt go back if it was the last place on earth to buy plumbing supplies!!
