Really bad customer service if you dont have an account. I was told after waiting 10 min. That because I was paying cash/credit card that I had to wait for customer with account to be service first. I came in looking for a gasket for a pea trap. I went up to the counter after waiting 10 min and asked if they had a gasket I was told no, and that I would need a new pea trap and there was minimum charge of $20. Not the friendliest, and despite claiming 40 years of experience in the plumbing industry, had never heard of drop ears on a ball valve before.
I walk into the store a 4:08pm and the clerk states that they close at 4:30pm and are in the process… I guess in that process of closing up. Like really we have 22 min to do something that would have taken about 5 min. Needless to say I turned around a walked out! They might have what you want but treat you like crap if you walk in after 4pm.
Extremely rude service staff. Take your business elsewhere, I took mine to Wolseley and they were phenomenal. Story: My mother in-law (MIL) went in to pick up a part after work for my wife. Yes, she arrived at 4:20pm and they close at 4:30. Noble ordered the part in for my wife as it is not regularly stocked. My MIL asked the staff member at the counter for the part, at which he responded “We close at 4:30, I have closed the til. We also want to go home!” …. It was 4:25pm.
