As far as quality, I have had our customers tell us that it is just better than other brands out there. As for service, I have dealt with Katy Rochat since we started using Nobelus. She is knowledgeable, professional, prompt and a pleasure to work with!
The lady in customer service on the phone was a sweetheart.
I had a product on backorder from another business for several weeks. I contacted Nobelus and you took the order and filled it and it was delivered promptly. I was impressed greatly with the service and the prompt turnaround time for everything-especially in light of the trouble I had with another business in seeking to purchase the same product.
