I had a great experience, especially thanks to Yvonne, who helped me throughout the entire leasing process. She was incredibly warm, helpful, and informative, answering all my questions and making everything easy to understand. Moving into a new place can be stressful, but she truly put me at ease and made the experience feel smooth and welcoming. Her kindness and professionalism were a big reason I ultimately decided this was the right place for me. I’m very grateful for all her help!

I lived in this apartment complex for two and a half years. The first year was relatively fine, but everything changed after Eduardo and Yvonne took over management. Unfortunately, my experience with the new management was extremely frustrating. I felt that they were misleading, dismissive, and completely disregarded my complaints. Five stars! The leasing officer here is genuinely lovely — warm, enthusiastic, and very attentive. We hit a small snag during our application, but everything was resolved perfectly in the end. Great communication throughout and a smooth move-in. Highly recommend this place!

I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews, but I’m writing this one specifically to help future residents make an informed decision before moving into this apartment. While the location is convenient, I was very disappointed by the management’s handling of move-out charges and their apparent lack of consideration for the apartment’s condition at the beginning of the tenancy. Lived here for two years. It's ok, but expect none of your deposit back after you have cleaned and scrubbed every corner. They will charge you for ordinary wear and tear, such as for using the carpets.
