Absolutely never ever live here. They charge you way more than your security deposit. I was charged $1000 for made up expenses like painting the walls etc, I never hung up anything had no parties, and had two pieces of furniture. The front desk will also constantly lie to you. You will have to ask them at least 3-5 times to do something. Yvonne (the front desk manager) scheduled a move out inspection with me and never showed. I'm an international student living outside of US trying to get a place to stay near UCSD, since I am a student attending UCSD. The person in charge of helping me out was Yvonne, and so far, its been such a smooth process. I am pre-move in, but for all the forms, I was able to complete it remotely with ease with Yvonne's help. Nobel Court has a pretty awful application form for international students, since the website and the form seems to be strictly fit for domestic use. Rented an Airbnb here for a week and it was probably the worst experience we ever had. We stayed in their unit 1436 and the host did not explain to us that the AC unit or the AC conditioner sent the central AC does not work. it was extremely hot. I’m pregnant. He also left bleach on the floor, causing me to Trip And it was just not a safe environment. We contacted Airbnb and they’ve decided to launch an investigation. I would not recommend these units.
