RecommendedI love living at Nob Hill Apartments. The girls in the office, the cleaning crew and the maintenance man all work very hard to keep the building and apartments in good condition. My apartment was very clean and in move in condition. I have no plans of moving. Most everybody is very friendly. You can have your privacy or join in on our activities. It is our home so we need to treat it with as such.
The apartment manager is very inconsistent. When I moved out they charged me for a months rent even though they had rented my apartment. They then gave be bullshit excuses and took a month to return my money minus bogus charges for damage and cleaning they said I caused. 50 dollars to clean a bath tub that was cleaned. 30 dollars for damage to a bathroom vanity that I never saw. Despite countless calls to the manager carol, she could not be bothered to return them!
