The lack of seating and potential removal of soda fountain are very disappointing...
The food is good, but the staff is very slow. You have to wait a very long time for your order.
Love the bagels. But oh the customer service! I ordered a half dozen bagels, but asked for a sperate bag for the everything bagels - because my kids don't want to taste onion on their plain bagels! The guy at the counter, rolled his eyes and scoffed at me for asking politely! Sheesh.
Delicious breakfast sandwich! The menu was a little overwhelming but the cashier helped me out. I got the spinach Swiss bagel with 2 eggs and cheese. $10ish. So good!!! Will return!
Disappointed with the App i can't add credit card or $ to wallet perhaps its my phone? I will ask next time for spread on top & Bottom of Bagel since i was charged extra for it.
