It was just okay. I'm not sure what was going on with the seating The chairs were lined up in a weird way. The customer service was all right. The bagel was okay but it could have been prepared nicer. I paid extra for a sliced turkey on the bagel instead of their turkey sausage and they were very skimpy.
We had a very disappointing experience at this branch. First, we asked if the bagel we had just purchased could be cut in half for my child. Fatima, the employee, refused, saying she cannot cut or accept food back once it has gone out from the kitchen. This was not outside food — it had just left the kitchen and had not been handled. About a week ago, the same branch cut the bagel without issue, which is what my child expected.
