rude un pleasant not welcoming at all
Messed up doordash order consistently. Ordered 2 eggs on sandwhich and only had 1. Pastrami egg which is very minimal pastrami on it. Didn't put flavoring in cold brew.
Great store. Friendly people. As Arnold said "I'll be back".
We got the new pastrami bagel sandwich and it didn't look anything like advertised. It had one singular piece of pastrami. I also asked for extra cream cheese on the other bagel we ordered and they didn't add any. It was also supposed to be toasted and it tasted like it had been toasted for about 15 seconds. We were the only people in the store so not sure why they flopped so bad. Really disappointing and will not be returning.
So miss this great bagel shop!
