Came in on the morning of July 4th to pick up a delivery order and waited about five minutes at an unstaffed counter while two supervisors stood nearby, absorbed in a personal conversation. When one finally came over there was no greeting — I was loudly told to come up to the front (I was already there), asked for the customer's name over and over while my phone displayed it right at her, asked if it was my "first time" doing deliveries, and snapped at over the standard confirmation photo. Probably the worst customer experience you may get at any breakfast place. I have visited 3 times because of my kids craving for bagels, and every single time it's been worse than before in customer service. Being rude to an adult is one adult but speaking disrespectful to a child is just totally out of line. Ignore this place if you don't want to ruin the rest of your day
Ordered a Jalapeño Cheddar bagel cos it’s the best here! Asked for it to be toasted. Well got my bagel a few seconds later and left. Got into my car and realized the bagel was barely warm and definitely not toasted.
