Could work on communicating bills that are due better (was their responsibility as stated to us at tenants of one of the properties they managed) so we wouldn’t fall behind on paying them and get our water shut off without notice. We had to scramble and send emails and make calls that disrupted our schedule to get the water up and running to continue with the work week.
