Could work on communicating bills that are due better (was their responsibility as stated to us at tenants of one of the properties they managed) so we wouldn’t fall behind on paying them and get our water shut off without notice. We had to scramble and send emails and make calls that disrupted our schedule to get the water up and running to continue with the work week. Was not happy with the way they managed my properties. Very unmotivated in collecting late rent and one of my properties got more and more behind. They told me they was only so much they could do, but once I switched to the new property manager, rent suddenly started coming in on time every month.
FMC has managed my property for me, and I am very pleased with the care and attention given.
