declared bankruptcy and didn't notify customers, some that have paid in full!
They just filed bankruptcy yet continue to book events, forge signatures, collect money, then cancel.
Closed without notifying their customers that had paid for service!
I am FURIOUS that I had to find out about your bankruptcy through social media. That is unprofessional. I have a wedding soon at the Oklahoma City location and am out a lot of money since I have already paid in full at this point. I will demand a full refund and contact authorities ASAP.
My son has a reservation for his wedding in June and now we have no idea how to get his money back to where they are going to go...
They did not let me know they were closing down! I had to find out through the internet! I already paid off the venue and now I’m left with nothing! Such a huge disappointment!!
Any company that will willingly and deceptively take people's hard-earned money and then cancel on them after booking can go to hell... The venue is the biggest hurdle and expense in most wedding planning. These were people's hopes and dreams and you have crushed them. What a terrible place run by horrible people. As if planning a wedding isn't already one of the most stressful times in a young woman's life... and then y'all canceled the weekend before the wedding in some cases! Shameful.
