My wedding was on the 4th of July. They over promised things to get you to book with them. I was suppose to receive some compensation and my calls and emails have not been responded to.
I have been there twice, delivering wedding cakes. It's beautiful, inside and out. I'm just concerned that there is only one large room, and both times I was there, the room had to be broken down and "flipped" from wedding chapel to reception hall. One time I had to wait over an hour, in the foyer, with the wedding cake and try to protect it from all the wedding guests who had nowhere to go between the wedding and reception. Beautiful Venue inside and out especially the dressing rooms and game room!!!
Poor service and staff...over promised and under delivered!!! However, they had absolutely no problem asking for their money to be on time. A regional manager was supposed to call us back concerning a matter weeks ago and we have yet to hear from anyone after numerous attempts. We will never use them again.
