Pre-paid and product was haphazardly arranged. For a premium bouquet price, roses are sparse and thin/ petals dropping off when received; attitude also came off as unfriendly.
The bouquet I preordered and collected - it was not arranged properly and the flowers were dying - yet I had to pay $80 for 12 stalks of roses. The bouquet was so sparse - there was no accompanying plants and flowers.
I bought my bridal bouquet from this shop a couple months ago and cannot recommend this place enough. Dorothy helped me design a really beautiful bouquet exactly like how I want it. And the flowers are really well arranged, they lasted well through the day under the big sun and are in good condition even a week after.
I could not have been happier with the service and the help with my flower selection. It was so easy and seamless! I recommend that if you’re in need of flowers in Jersey City, this is the place to go. The owner has been there for decades and just goes to show how reputable her shop is.
