Arrived and taken to room 2 at 6:28pm, left 9:28pm without seeing the vet and with them refusing to even give an estimate. On their scale on the wall it was marked we were a Priority 2, “there may be a wait.” The few times anyone stuck their head in the room we were told the vet would be in “Soon.” That started 45 minutes into this - so the third time I heard the vet would be in “soon” I asked appropriately when that might be. It seems common courtesy is gone nowadays. We sat at Noah’s Brandywine Animal hospital for an hour and 7 minutes for a supposed to be quick appointment. Blood draw and 2 vaccines. We had already had the yearly appointment in March that took over an hour. And had to come back for the next set of shots and to sedate our gsd because his calming chews wore off and he was jumpy and couldn’t get the blood draw.
