Arrived and taken to room 2 at 6:28pm, left 9:28pm without seeing the vet and with them refusing to even give an estimate. On their scale on the wall it was marked we were a Priority 2, “there may be a wait.” The few times anyone stuck their head in the room we were told the vet would be in “Soon.” That started 45 minutes into this - so the third time I heard the vet would be in “soon” I asked appropriately when that might be.
