Dr Gratch is very professional,knowledgeable and thorough.Listened to all my concerns,asked me questions to get important details,and always explains what we need to watch for regarding our skin.I was very satisfied with the entire visit.The waiting area was clean,staff was professional.

I've been with Dr Gratch for years! He is always gentle, professional and efficient. Wait time is maybe 15-30 mins on average (for both office and tele health visits) which isn't terrible. For this appt he took a suspicious mole and it only took about a minute to do with minimal discomfort.
Dr Gratch is incredible..I was in pain and worried about a Biopsy on my lower lip. On a Sunday before his vacation he called me to say it was Not Cancer. He sent 3 prescriptions to CVS. With 24 hours my pain was gone. His caring and professionalism are over the top...Thank You Thank You Dr Gratch.
