My family and I have had many experiences with your facility and doctors and have and will recommend to all that need care
Dr. Discussed what my problem was, said that there was a surgical option, but did NOT recommend It as would possibly limit mobility. Impressive that did NOT recommend expensive option, potentially worst outcome!
Really like the staff in this office
Dr Shaftel answered my questions, but there were no decisions or treatment.
Since this is the second cyst to have removed from my thumb, I remembered some things Dr. Shaftel mentioned during my first surgery, so I asked about those things. He went into great detail regarding my questions and even brought up my first x-ray to explain further what he was telling us. He's a wonderful doctor!
