Everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional, but unfortunately the return experience was disappointing as a first-time customer. I ordered a necklace online, and the pendant was MUCH smaller in person than I anticipated. I paid to ship the item back and was then charged an additional 10% restocking fee, resulting in excessive costs simply to see the necklace in person and realize the size wasn’t right. Was looking for something special for my wedding. Employees were not helpful and quite snooty.
My husband and I shopped at No.3 for my engagement ring, and we had such a lovely experience! I got to try on many different styles, and they even sent me a photoshop of what my ring would look like with swapped out stones (trading a white diamond for a salt and pepper), and it was super accurate. Sabrina helped us, and she was lovely!
My fiancé worked with the team to select the most enchanting setting as well and help us find the perfect diamond! Could not recommend Sabrina and team more.
