I am so glad that I picked them for the engagement ring. As a guy who has no idea about engagement rings, they made picking and designing the engagement ring process so easy. It turned out to be absolutely gorgeous. My fiancé (SHE SAID YES) loved the ring! Absolutely would recommend if you want a personalized touch to your ring from a local artist.
Agree with the other 1-2 star reviews that unless you are going here for an engagement ring, best to take your business elsewhere. I'm not sure if the other highly rated reviews are related to in-person service but online customer service is practically nonexistent. My partner ordered a Laurie Fleming ring through this jeweler which took 8 weeks to make (I knew that it would take this long--which is not the issue).
