Absolutely DO NOT USE! I had Russ do one room in my house. Biggest mistake ever. He did an awful job, I had to pay to have it redone shortly after. Then, almost 5 years later (!!!!!) he reached out saying he was never paid, when he was paid in full at the time of the service, now trying to collect twice the amount. Horrible experience, do not use. Also, worth mentioning, reading the other negative reviews listed. His responses to them all is they have the wrong person, lol! 🤦🏻♀ We have the right person!!! Would not recommend.
Made my mom cry because they never show up when they say they will, don't get the job done. It's been 12 weeks longer than they said it would be and its Still not done. It also isn't even that great of quality we are making tons of concessions just hoping they will show up and do the work. Not trustworthy, not professional, avoid at all costs.
The name of the company truly fits! I was referred to Russ the owner through my realtor. The price he quoted me was very competitive, he began work exactly when he said he would and finished exactly when he said he would finish. The work was absolutely beautiful!
