Placed an order to go and was told it would take 30 minutes; it took over an hour, for 2 salads. The salads had MAYBE 15 small pieces of lettuce, very little grilled chicken, some cheese, and were loaded with black olives (we ordered with no black olives). To top all of this off, we found a HAIR in one of our salads! We are so disappointed; we used to love this No Way Jose’s, but we won’t be back after tonight.

Waiter made us feel rushed the moment we sat down. Had to ask for refills on drinks. There was 10 in our party and over half of the orders were messed up...brought back and still not correct....we waited patiently but all the waiter could say was he did it right and everyone didn’t.... Hands down the worst place we ate at the whole time in Pigeon Forge...and we were there for a week!!!!
Unorganized and poor customer service. Left No Way Jose's in Gatlinburg because it was an hour wait to come to Pigeon Forge when we were told it would be 30-45 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later we were seated after groups of people that came in behind us and there were at least six empty booths. When we asked the manager for some sort of compensation we were told he could do nothing and that it was because their computer system was down for a little bit.
