RecommendedGreat atmosphere! The family really enjoyed dinner here. Great food good service hands down. We will return when ever we come back. It was a great experience and we have tried a lot of places and we will put this place on top.
Absolutely terrible. My husband and I were just there. I raved about how good the location in Gatlinburg is, so we decided to try this one out. We walked in, waited about 10 minutes and the “manager” chose to sit us in the corner at a 6 person table (he literally pointed and said “you all can sit here”, and then just walked away) There was a booth right diagonal from us. server was rude. She rolled her eyes because one member of our group ask for a refill. This was after the kitchen got 3 of our orders wrong. We were a party of 12. She started out by being abrupt and we had to call her back to finish our order. Sent 1 meal back they scraped the pico off and put new cheese on and sent it back out. I understand you have bad days but we tried to be understanding but whether the meals that were fixed wrong because of her or the kitchen there was no reason to be rude.
