I have had issues with a 2012 Malibu response TXI since 2014.... I bought the boat in 2013 and in 2014 the gel coat blistered as well as the wedge quit working. They pretty much just ignored me since 2014 and Malibu is the WORST company to get anything from....... go buy a mastercraft from another marina!
Truly one of the best dealerships in the US, made the purchase a pleasure and welcomed my family to spend as much time with each of the boats as needed! Service department handled all my needs efficiently and professionally. Great shop with great people.🇺🇸
We purchased our boat from No Wake about 3 years ago and have always experienced more than satisfactory customer service. But recently, they hit it out of the park! Two weeks ago we had the misfortune of damaging our boat as we struck a large tree that was submerged under the water. They were able to get us back on the water and did an amazing job on the repairs in 8 days! Thank you so much for providing such great service and saving our summer!
Thanks to Mike and the service department for getting my Axis A20 in for an ecu update that fixed some service engine codes. They went out of their way to get my boat finished quickly. My wife, three girls and I appreciate it. Also worked w Ryan on on some board racks.
