I’ve been here twice now and it’s been the same experience both times. The food was absolutely incredible. Some of the best filet I’ve had. But the service just isn’t steakhouse service. Very slow and not as hospitable as most steakhouses. I hate leaving any sort of negative review.. but again the food is amazing, just the service that’s lacking.
We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation, we were greeted by a beautiful hostess. We were sat in an outside corridor to wait on a table, then brought in to a lobby to wait 20 past our reservation for a table that was ready for us before time. Then, I placed an order, was told they didn’t have that, he took my next order went away for 5 minutes and returned informing me they didn’t have that either. So we left after sitting for 50 minutes. Rough end to a rough day
The food was great and, atmosphere was beautiful. Wonderful experience for all of us.
Our group used the private dining room for a private board meeting and we could not be happier. Kathy and Russ went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. We will definitely be back!
