I will try to offer a fair assessment and give some thoughtful advice when searching for care for your loved one. Joel and his front office team are responsive and professional, and they will set up care immediately. The care, however, will be mixed. We had caregivers that had weeks of experience and some that had many years of experience. I have had the BEST experience working with No Place Like Home Care. I had a wonderful conversation with Joel at the beginning to discuss my mother's needs and we started with four days of care a week. Lisa who works to coordinate the schedule is amazing as well. In less than two years, my mom has gone from minimal care to a full time live in. Joel and the entire team at No Place Like Home are exceptional caregivers—reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely compassionate. I reached out in a bit of a panic after my mother suffered a serious fall, and Joel immediately arranged a 24/7 in-home care schedule.
