I can't say enough how great this company is. I had debris, moss and lichen on my roof, patios and walkways, an extensive patio roof and gutter that needed a good clean and so much more that needed a nice cleanup. Meshach, Santiago, Samuel and Vincent (owner) were fabulous! helpful, cheerful and hard working. explained everything as they went. the price is not unreasonable, but the quality and detail of their work is outstanding and well worth the money spent . and the 5 year warranty that's included for the roof is such ... read more

We had a decent amount of moss on our roof so I got a few quotes to remove it. No Moss was not the cheapest, but offered the best warranty and specializes in moss removal. The technicians that came to my house were polite and professional. All of the moss was removed and the roof cleaned. It looked great! I had an issue that was addressed by Jordan coming to my house twice to personally speak with me. That showed me a lot about the high level of integrity in the company. Santiago and Elias were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. They meticulously cleaned the gutters and went over and beyond to make the roof look beautiful. Santiago also informed me of any issues the roof had during the process. No Moss Softwash exceeded our expectations in every way. From the friendly and professional woman who answered the phone, to the efficient scheduling team, and the hardworking young men who completed the job—everyone was courteous, respectful, and a pleasure to work with.
