Chris, Vince and the NoMoss team are a tier 1, class act team! They went completely over the top and performed perfect under pressure. I had a tight deadline for my insurance company and the Father Son team came out on Sunday and took drone pictures that ensured me passing the inspection!! Highly recommended! Mossome experience!
Meshach & Sam were incredibly professional, polite and informative. They called in advance to notify me prior to arrival, and they walked me through the process taking all my needs into consideration. They cleared my roof of all moss and debris, not only that but cleaned up everything else that fell onto the floor and even cleaned the street. They carried themselves exceptionally well. Absolutely appreciate the kindness and effectiveness they displayed in their work.
I recently changed insurance companies. This typically triggers a visit from underwriting department to get visual photos of the roof condition. The agent discovered moss growing in my roof and sent a letter indicating my policy was in a pending cancel state, unless I had the moss professionally cleaned, sent underwriting before & after photos of the work and a copy of the paid invoice. Christopher and Santiago did an excellent job treating our roof for moss and cleaning the exterior of our house. They explained the process clearly and took care of the plants, windows, skylight, and walls, in addition to our tile roof. The process took about three hours. It’s not cheap, but guaranteed for five years, if the moss returns. Highly recommend No Moss.
