Unresponsive with poor communication skills.
First appointment with these guys was great. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and did good and thorough work. The problem is they needed to order a part for my gas fireplace, and now I can’t get them to return my call on the status of that. I’ve called and left messages three times. Disappointing and frustrating given that I guess I’ll need to call another chimney sweep to finish what they started.
