I arrived at this place at 7:40 PM. There was a receptionist who said, "Sorry, we can't accept you with this insurance because your medical insurance is no longer valid. Visiting hometown and bit by a dog. Ouch! This fireman who also works Urgent Care was outstanding with his bedside humor and expertise! The whole experience was top notch. It was a weekend when they are usually slammed. I was out of state, had forgot insurance cards and was bleeding. The front desk receptionist was terrific. While the tech and doctor fixed me; she figured out the paperwork and there was zero stress or worry. Considering how I felt physically; it was greatly appreciated.
